Once you have cleared immigration and collected your luggage, please call us.
Return to the same location where you dropped off your vehicle, where your car will be delivered back to you.

Departures Process – Terminal 1

Please call us 30 minutes before your booked arrival time. If you are running late, kindly inform us.

Directions for Terminal 1 Drop-Off:

• Follow signs for Terminal 1 Short Stay & Pick-Up.
• Enter the car park and proceed to the designated pick-up area.
• Park your vehicle in the appropriate bay.
• Our uniformed company driver will meet you at your vehicle and collect your car.

Departures Process – Terminal 2

Please call us 30 minutes before your booked arrival time. If you anticipate any delay, please let us know.

Directions for Terminal 2 Drop-Off:

• Follow signs for Terminal 2, Short Stay & Pick-Up, Car Park P3.
• Stay in the blue lane as you approach.
• Follow the signs for Short Stay and Pre-Book.
• At the barrier, take a token to enter the car park.
• Once inside, park your vehicle in Zone F.
• Our uniformed company driver will meet you at your vehicle.

Directions for Terminal 3 Drop-Off:

• Follow signs for the Terminal 3 Multi-Storey Car Park.
• Enter through the barriers and continue straight ahead.
• Follow the signs for the Pick-Up Zone.
• Park near the payment machines in the designated pick-up area.
• Our uniformed company driver will meet you at your vehicle and collect your car.

Important Notice (Applies to All Terminals)

A £8.30 Manchester Airport car park exit fee applies to all vehicle drop-offs and must be paid directly on return.
This fee is not included in your booking price and is payable by the customer.

Important Information

• If you are travelling with large or unusual items, please check with your airline in advance to ensure they can accept them.
• Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring their car is roadworthy, taxed, and holds a valid MOT certificate for the duration of the booking.
• Trailers are not permitted.
• Manchester Airport applies an £8.30 entry fee for vehicle drop-off and an £8.30 exit fee on return. These charges are payable by the customer directly to the airport and are not included in our service.
