After you have cleared customs, please call us on 07984600500 to request collection.
Our shuttle will meet you at the collection point (BAY G).
On return to Customer Reception, your vehicle will be parked as you left it.

On arrival at the access road to the car park, continue straight ahead to the car park. Proceed to the vehicle drop-off area in front of the Customer Reception. Our Attendant will greet you and present you with a card with return instructions.
You will park your vehicle and keep your keys. Your shuttle will depart as quickly as possible, and always within 20 minutes.
Special Note: While the journey time to the Terminal is typically 5 minutes, please allow extra time if traveling during the rush hour.
Please call us at least 30 minutes before the prearranged park and Ride meeting.
It is important to make this call if you are running late or early.
That way our staff will be aware of your situation and assistance will be allocated accordingly.
