First, call as soon as you land, and second, call as soon as you collect your luggage; this allows us to monitor customer arrivals much more efficiently.
Please kindly make sure to ring us in the event of any protracted delays, including luggage collection.
Show the paperwork and collect your vehicle from our designated point at your terminal.
Please notify us if there will be any delays as we will only cover the cost for a maximum of 15 minutes of parking in the short-stay car park.

Terminal 2:
Please head to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park, and the collection point will be the Off-Airport parking areas at rows A & B.

Terminal 3:
As you enter the arrivals hall, just before the exit door on the right-hand side, take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park. Your vehicle will be delivered to rows A & B; look for Off-Airport Meet & Greet signage.

Terminal 5:
As you exit the main arrivals hall, you’ll need to head to your left and exit the building, where you’ll see lifts ahead of you. Take the lift up to Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park and look for rows R or S within designated Off-Airport Meet & Greet parking areas.

Call when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the terminal. If there are any changes in the time, please keep Terminal Parking informed. Meet our chauffeur at the designated point in our "Direction to Terminals" instructions.

A2Z Airport Parking LTD does not collect, store, drive or return customer's vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider takes the vehicle and they park to their own car park compound. A2Z Airport Parking LTD acts only as a booking agent for the service provider for the featured car parks. It does not itself provide the parking services. The customer will be contracting with the service provider. Any claims by the customer in respect of parking services e.g collection & delivery of the vehicle, damage to the vehicle etc must be made against the parking service provider and subject to their terms and conditions. If for any reason your booking confirmation has not been received you must contact us immediately as no refund is available for no-shows or if cancellation is received less than 72 hours before you are due to arrive at the car park.
