Terminal 2: Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to the pickup area on Level 4 short stay car. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 3: Once you have collected your luggage and you are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, Row A. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 4: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. The shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 1.
Terminal 5: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please give us a call. Make your way to the Level 4 short-stay car park, the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or Row S.

Please note - A2Z Park & Ride is a budget parking product of PNR Holidays Ltd. Please call when you are 30 minutes away from the car park. Customer needs to pay £7 transfer charges each way; £5 will need to be paid separately for each additional passenger.
