Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our Purple desk in the lift lobby. You will need to confirm your return flight details so please have these to hand. We must have your correct return date and flight number in order to help us avoid any delays in returning your car. Your car will be photographed and taken to our secure car park by one of our experienced drivers, whilst you check in.

Heathrow Maple Manor Parking Heathrow offers first-rate meet-and-greet parking services for Heathrow Airport terminals 2 - 5. Drop it off and pick it up at the terminal. Operating Hours - 24 Hours / 7 Days. Your keys will stay in the car park. Prices are all-inclusive, so you don't need to pay extra. There are no hidden charges. Please note that unless your car has tyre tread on each tyre within the legal limit or is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car, and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car. Any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (or part day) if your stay is longer than your booked stay. No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over. If requested, a receipt can be emailed to you. It is the vehicle owner/customer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund License. Vehicles that are not road-legal or safe to drive will be refused. You will be able to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage, and when you return, you will have to make your way to us to collect it. No refunds will be given for illegal vehicles not collected. The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans or any vehicles with trailers. Maple Manor Parking also does not accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Maserati. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER.
