When you return from your trip:

• After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, make your way to the designated short-stay car park at your terminal:

  • Terminal 2: Level 4

  • Terminal 3: Level 3, Row A

  • Terminal 4: Level 1

  • Terminal 5: Level 4, Row R or Row S

• Our shuttle will pick you up and transfer you back to the car park.

Note: Heathrow Airport charges £7.50 each way for terminal drop-off zones. This fee is collected at the counter and is not included in your booking.

Drop-Off Procedure

• Arrive at the Drop-Off area of the car park with your luggage.

• Proceed to reception, where a staff member will assist you.

• Leave your keys so your vehicle can be safely moved to the secured parking area.

• Once checked in, a minibus will transfer you directly to your terminal (approx. 10 minutes).

Vehicle Requirements

• Standard-sized parking spaces are provided. Vehicles exceeding standard dimensions may incur additional charges, which must be arranged with the Service Provider prior to booking.

Amendments & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the drop-off date, with applicable administration fees.

• Extended stays beyond the booked period will incur additional parking charges. Please refer to the Service Provider’s terms for exact rates.

Hints, Tips & Additional Information

• Keep a copy of your booking confirmation and check your email’s junk/spam folders. Booking details are also available in the My Booking section.

• Allow sufficient time for drop-off and airport departure procedures, accounting for traffic or unexpected delays.

• Early or late arrivals should be communicated to the Service Provider to avoid waiting times. Last-minute changes without notice may cause delays.

• Parking facilities are inspected and approved to Park Mark / BPA standards.

• Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk. Please remove all valuables before handing over keys.
