Arrival procedure for Gregg Maurice Park & Ride
Terminal 2
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call us. Make your way to the pickup area on Level 4 with your car. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.
Terminal 3
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call us. Make your way to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, Row A. The shuttle van will pick you up from there
Terminal 4
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call us. The shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 1.
Terminal 5
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call us. Go to the Level 4 short-stay car park; the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or S.
Departure procedure for Gregg Maurice Park & Ride
When you arrive, park your car at the drop-off area and make your way to the reception with your luggage, where a staff member will be available to attend you.
You must leave your keys with us so your car can be moved to the secured area in the car park.
After completing all procedures, you will be transferred to the terminal, which will take 15 to 17 minutes to Terminal 2,3,5.
Terminal 4, transfer will take around 20 minutes.
Customer needs to pay 07.50 GBP transfer charges each way. This fee isn't included in the booking cost.

Your keys will remain in the car park. This is a low-cost Park & Ride service. Our dedicated on-demand transfer bus operates during these hours. Transfers take between 10 and 15 minutes each way. Save money with our budget-friendly Park & Ride parking. Additional days of parking are charged at £15 per day. The car park does not allow large vehicles, such as transit vans or cars with trailers. Please avoid leaving valuables inside your vehicle; should you choose to do so, it is at your own risk, and please obtain a receipt from the driver. Customers must pay a £7.50 transfer charge each way, which is not included in the booking cost.
