Terminal 2 :
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call us. Make your way to the pickup area on Level 4 short stay car. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.

Terminal 3:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call us. Make your way to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, Row A. The shuttle van will pick you up from there.

Terminal 4 :
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call us. The shuttle van will pick you up from the Short Stay Car Park on level 2.

Terminal 5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call us. Go to the Level 4 short-stay car park; the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or S.

During busy periods, your car may be moved to our secondary compound within a 5-mile radius of our central car park.

Please call when you are 30 minutes from the car park.

When you arrive at the car park, park at the drop-off area and make your way to the reception with your luggage, where a staff member will be available to attend you. You will have to leave your keys with us so your car can be moved to the secured area in the car park. After completing all procedures, you will be transferred to the terminal, which will take around 10 minutes.

Car park will not accept vehicles that exceed the height restriction. Operating Hours - 04.30 to 23.59. Your keys will stay in the car park. Our dedicated on-demand transfer bus runs during operational hours. Transfers take 10 minutes each way. Important Notice: Heathrow Airport has introduced a levy for vehicles dropping off passengers at its terminal forecourts. A charge of £5 per visit each way will apply to use the designated drop-off zones located directly outside the airport terminals and this is not included in the booking cost. It will be collected at Bee Parking Heathrow counter at time of departure. Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding across all London boroughs including Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023. If you drive anywhere within the ULEZ, including the Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will have to pay a charge of £12.50. Please make sure to setup AUTO PAY when coming to the airport to avoid any penalty tickets. The operator will not be liable in case you receive a penalty for not paying the ULEZ charge.
