North Terminal
As you exit North Terminal International Arrivals, turn right and exit the building. Once outside, cross both roads and head straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Operators within the Hotel Car Park. Our uniformed staff will return your car in the Meet and Greet Reception area. Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Parks after your phone call to tell us you are ready for it. We politely request that you listen carefully to our telephone controllers when calling to drop off or pick up your car, as these instructions may change at short notice due to ongoing work.

South Terminal:
Please call 01293 533000 once you have your luggage.
Directions: Please exit the terminal building and follow the signs for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to Short Stay Orange Car Park – level 1- ready for you to drive home.

If you travel from the North Terminal, you do not need to ring; drive straight to the North Terminal meeting point ( Sofitel Hotel car park ). Please see below for details.
